I do not recall ever leaving money in the USA and would be happy to donate it, but before agreeing to do so, I would like to know:
1. Where is the banking account?
2. How much is in the account?
3. Who would benefit from my donation?

Unfortunately, right now, you know as much as I do. Delaware is not very generous in the amount of information it provides. Your funds probably ended up in Delaware because the bank was incorporated in Delaware but could be situated anywhere. The only way to find out is to apply for your claim on Delaware’s site.
As far as the donation is concerned, you are free to donate it to whichever organisation you please. I am a member of Hod v’Hadar congregation in Kfar Saba. I’m sure they would be happy to receive a donation, but that’s up to you.
Please look at all 14 people who have claims in Caesarea. You may know one of them and can let them know. Bibi has claims but I believe they’re listed in Jerusalem.
And please spread the word about the site. It really is a labor of love and I would like both Israelis and non-profits to benefit.
